As Dr. Kleinbaum is a Licensed Psychologist many insurance companies will reimburse for all or part of his fee, but every policy has its own rules and you have to check what your coverage allows. Dr. Kleinbaum is not a member of any managed care plans and does not accept assigment.

Fees are set on a sliding scale and are paid at the time of service.
